We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) as well as cash. Please bring a valid picture ID if you intend to pay with a card.
Tickets can be purchased online at https://tickets.mtsac.edu 24 hours a day.

Tickets can be purchased in person at the Box Office during the business hours listed above. The Box Office for daily sales is located in the Performing Arts Center next to the Sophia B. SAC-Randall Planetarium (located in building 26C), pending availability.
A $1.75 per ticket service charge is applied to the first five single tickets in an order. This fee funds the operations of the Box Office and allows us to offer secure and convenient transaction methods providing you with the flexibility to purchase tickets how you please.
All sales are final! Please double check your tickets for the correct event, date, time and seat location (if applicable). If there are any discrepancies, questions or concerns, please contact the Box Office.
Tickets will not be mailed out if purchased a week and a half before the event. However, they will be held at will call and can be picked up during regular box office window hours between the time they were purchased and the time of the event. A picture ID is required for will call tickets to be released.
Ticket exchanges may be available depending upon the event. Check with the Box Office regarding your specific order. Exchanges are subject to a $2.00 per ticket exchange fee.
Below are our policies adhered to for all events in the Mt. SAC Performing Arts Center venues, ticketed and not ticketed. Parking is provided in the lots adjacent to and south of the Performing Arts Center. There is a $4.00 parking permit fee (exact change, cash only). Parking is enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless otherwise noted.
Every patron, regardless of age, will require a ticket for admission into the venue. This policy includes toddlers and children not taking a seat (such as in the parent’s lap). Pursuant to California Building Code (24 CCR 1004.7), the maximum capacity of our venues is equal to the number of seats contained within each. To ensure capacity is not exceeded, each patron must have a ticket, including infants. For events that are not ticketed, once capacity is reached, no additional patrons will be allowed into the venue.
No food or drinks are allowed inside the venue. This includes snacks, bottles, and any other food for infants and babies, as well as coffee mugs. Patrons are welcome to leave refreshments on the table inside the lobby and enjoy them anytime within the lobby but to maintain our venues we ask that you do not bring or consume any snacks or beverages inside. Bottled water is allowed inside as long as it may be covered so as not to spill.
Latecomers (patrons arriving after the start of a performance) will be held in the lobby until there is a break in the performance that allows the Ushering staff to safely seat you without disrupting a performance. The doors open approximately half an hour prior to the scheduled show start time, so please plan accordingly. Patrons are not permitted to stand on the top of stairs, in aisles, on chairs, in doorways, or anywhere else deemed unsafe by the House Staff due to building code and so as to maintain clear walkways.
Due to copyright violation laws, video recording, tape recording, and photography are not permitted for all performances. These activities are distracting to those around you and dangerous to the performers. Please ask an Usher if you are unsure about the recording and photography policy for your particular performance.
As a courtesy to all patrons and performers, please turn cellular phones, pagers, tablets, watch alarms off or in the “pulse” mode.
The following items are not allowed inside the venue for safety reasons: car seats, strollers, tripods, helium balloons, oversized instruments, glitter, rolling backpacks, and any other item that does not fit comfortably on your lap. It is up to the House Manager’s discretion whether other items not listed will be allowed inside. All walkways, stairs, doors, exits, and aisles must remain clear and open in the event of an emergency. Any items brought to the venue must be left in the lobby where a Front of House staff member will be posted at all times during the performance. Please note that Mt. SAC and its staff members are not responsible in case of theft or damage.
